We have a 10 x 20 covered BBQ grill/ dining area. Plus a propane fire ring. Propane included. There is another 10 x 20 cover area in front of the trailer. Lots of games, in and outdoor, a fairy garden with a play tent and hammock for the kids. TV and DVD player and DVD as well.
